Payments of conference fee and payments for the hotels are possible by bank transfer (see below) or by credit card using your personal account in on-line registration system. For conference payments by bank transfer use the following bank accounts. Please note that the payments are due in PLN and all banking costs including exchange rates should be paid by the participant.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A written request for a refund must be received by the meeting secretariat: karolina.turlej@globalwings.pl.
Refunds are subjected to a processing fee.

Hotel’s cancellation policy:

  • before May 15, 2014 - 100 % reimbursement
  • after May 15, 2014 - no reimbursement
